<p>PURPOSE:To enable effective mass production of various kinds of plate springs of different size and warpage rates. CONSTITUTION:A primary plate spring is locked via a stress generator P1 to a clamp jig T set in the stress generator P1, while the plate spring warps backward. The clamp tool T is conveyed to a shot peening section and subjected to stress peening. Next, the clamp jig T is set in a warpage removing release device P2 and the plate spring is released via the release device. At the job change, the old clamp jig T is replaced with a clamp jig T of new order at a jig stock conveyance process section PW4 and a plate spring of new order is locked to the new clamp jig T without stopping line operation.</p> |
