PURPOSE:To inspect condition of wrinkles accurately in a condition closer to human eyes with a compact construction of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is provided with a lighting device 11 to light an object to be inspected, an image pickup device 12, a processor 20 which converts a photographic data to a digital signal to inspect the presence of a wrinkle on the surface with a CPU and an output section 30. An output of the camera 12 is converted to a digital signal and a differentiation processing is performed in an arbitrary line. The results are compared with a threshold. When a position at which the threshold is exceeded exists continuously, a wrinkle is determined. |
