PURPOSE:To shorten the teaching time by adjusting the output of laser beam outputted from a laser torch corresponding to the working speed of the laser torch to perform a good cutting treatment. CONSTITUTION:When an output cycle of a command value given to a driving part of a control shaft is changed in order to adjust the working speed of the laser torch the ratio of the output cycle before change to the output cycle after change is found and the output value of the laser beam outputted from the laser torch is changed based on the ratio.
