PURPOSE:To drive a video telephone set at a terminal side based on a specific command from a host side in the control of the video telephone set installed at a location apart from the host side and the terminal side. CONSTITUTION:A 1st video telephone set 3 at the host side sends a code data based on a telephone number corresponding to a prescribed code to a 2nd video telephone set 9 at the terminal side in the video telephone equipment in which the 1st video telephone set 3 installed at the host side and the 2nd video telephone set 9 installed at the terminal side are connected via a telephone line. A discrimination section 17 provided to the 2nd video telephone set 9 groups telephone numbers 1-9 and accepts a succeeding number when a number in the same group is sent for plural number of times. |
