A plated steel sheet having two plating layers and excellent in antifriction, corrosion resistance and painting adaptability, which comprises: a steel sheet; a zinc plating layer formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet; and an electroplating layer formed on the zinc plating layer. The zinc plating layer has a plating weight of from 25 to 150 g/m<2> per surface of the steel sheet. The electroplating layer comprises at least one element selected from the group consisting of chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt and nickel, and the electroplating layer has a plating weight of from 1 to 10 g/m<2> per surface of the steel sheet.
