<p>Quinoxaline compounds having the formula I <CHEM> wherein R<1> is H, NO2, CN, CF3 or halogen, R<2> and R<3> independently are H, CN, CF3, halogen, C(NOH)C1-6- alkyl, COR<4> or SO2R<4>, wherein R<4> is C1-6-alkyl, optionally substituted, or NR<5>R<6>, wherein R<5>, R<6> independently are H, C3-6-cycloalkyl, C1-6-alkyl-, optionally substituted, compositions thereof and methods of preparing the compounds are described. The compounds are useful in the treatment of indications caused by hyperactivity of the excitatory neurotransmitters.</p> |
