<p>An electrical connector assembly has terminals (50,150) which have first resilient legs (5,4,154) and second rigid legs (56,156). The second rigid legs (56,156) cooperate with the housing (18) to secure the terminals (50,150) therein. The entire length of the first resilient leg (54,154) is utilized as a resilient beam. The first and second legs (54,154,56,156) also provide two parallel paths over which signals can travel. The configuration of the terminals (50,150) minimize the height of the assembly and provides a reliable electrical connection over which high speed signals can travel. <IMAGE></p> |
