CONSTITUTION:In a rubber-lined steel cord cutting and bonding apparatus having a cutter successively cutting a strip like rubber-lined steel cord 1 at a predetermined angle with respect to the feed-out direction of said steel cord 1 and a bonding apparatus 19 bonding the front end of the rubber-lined steel cord piece 4 cut by the cutter 13 in the discharge direction of said steel cord piece 4 and the rear end of the rubber-lined steel cord piece discharged previously in the discharge direction, the bonding apparatus 19 is constituted of conveyors 15, 16 and a bonding unit 18 and the bonding unit 18 is made movable in the longitudinal or lateral direction thereof with respect to the conveyors 15, 16 corresponding to the cutting width and angle of the rubber lined steel cord piece 4. |
