The invention relates to a hydraulic anti-vibration bush comprising two tubular rigid reinforcing members (1, 2) surrounding one another and connected to one another by an elastomeric body (3) forming, with the latter, two sealed pockets (A, B) which are diametrically opposed and communicate with one another via a narrow passage (7), the set of pockets and of the passage being filled with a damping liquid, the narrow passage externally delimited by the internal cylindrical face (10) of the central portion of the internal reinforcing member (1) and internally by a groove (8) hollowed into the external cylindrical face of a ring (9). The internal reinforcing member is shaped so as to have an axial inlet (13) which is sufficiently wide to give access to the ring and, at the bottom of this inlet, a cylindrical housing (10) suitable for receiving the said ring by force-fitting.
