PURPOSE:To make easy the adjustment of a device for inspecting the inside of a capillary with the use of the probe, reduce an inspection time and prevent detection sensitivity from lowering. CONSTITUTION:In the insertion type ultrasonic probe an ultrasonic sensor is inserted in a capillary 14 and defects of the capillary are inspected from the inside of the capillary. On the front face, a conical reflection body 4 is arranged on the front part of the ultrasonic sensor 7 having a vibration plate 6 and an ultrasonic wave is simultaneously made incident in the same circumferential direction for the capillary.
