PURPOSE:To reduce the residual stress produced in the brazing face and to improve the mechanical strength, by brazing another dielectric rod at the outside of the brazing face of a dielectric rod in a metal cylinder outer casing. CONSTITUTION:A helix 4 is supported and brazed to a dielectric rod 3 brazed in a metal cylinder outer casing 2, while another dielectric rod 5 is brazed at the outside of the face where the dielectric rod 3 is brazed. When brazing another dielectric rod 5 at the outside of the metal outer casing 2, the residual stress produced in the brazing face of the outer casing 2 and the dielectric rod 3 can be reduced while the deformation of the helix 4 or the breakdown of the dielectric rod 3 can be prevented, and the stainless steel or nonmagnetic moneru can be employed for the material of the metal cylinder outer casing 2. |
