<p>PURPOSE: To manufacture a flexible laminate, particularly a flexible metal laminae fixed on a fabric. CONSTITUTION: A flexible laminate comprises a metal and a fabric having an adhesive copolyetherester resin in the form of a film between the metal and the fabric, and in a preferred embodiment, a copolyetherester resin in the form of a film 6 is used as an adhesive for a flexible laminate made of copper foil 4 and a flexible fabric 8 made of aromatic polyamide resin fibers. An encapsulant resin film may be applied to the outer surface of the fabric to enhance moisture resistance of the laminate and/or improve the handling of the laminate.</p> |
