PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility and the separative power of a separated image by automatically executing two-dimensional electrophoresis. CONSTITUTION:A two-dimensional electrophoresis apparatus is provided with a one-dimensional electrophoresis part 5, a two-dimensional electrophoresis part 6 and a transfer part 7. The transfer part 7 moves a one-dimensional gel whose migration is finished in the one-dimensional electrophoresis part 5 to one end of a two-dimensional gel housing 30 from the inside of a one- dimensional gel housing 20. |
