PURPOSE:To quickly set the device in a state capable of measurement without any change of the set position of a laser beam generation device for vibration detection and its beam receiver by relaying the laser beam for the vibration detection on route. CONSTITUTION:When visible radiation S is emitted on a reflection mirror of a reflector 30 from a laser Doppler vibration measurement device 11, it is reflected to reach up to a suspended insulator body 6. Here, the reflected radiation S irradiates to reflect on the mirror 34 and returns to the device 11. This is confirmed by the use of a CCD camera 29 and a monitor television set TV. In the case where a strong reflection point on the body 6 is unclear and the like, a joy stick circuit is handled to adjust the inclined angle and the horizontal position of the mirror 34 and the reflection point is introduced to the proper position of the body surface. Next, when a laser beam for the vibration measurement from the device 11 is irradiated on the reflection point, the reflected laser beam surely returns to the device 11. In this state a suspended insulator 5 is vibrated by the use of a pulse laser beam generator to perform the measurement without any modification of the position of each device of emission and receiving. |
