PURPOSE:To make it possible to injection-mold a resin flexible boot having high dimensional accuracy by short molding cycle. CONSTITUTION:The injection molding method concerned consists of an unloading of a product 6 together with a core mold 3 from an outer injection mold 2 after the perfect product is obtained by injection molding, the forcible cooling of the product 6 from its outside down to the temperature, at which its thermoplasticity is lost, and finally the releasing of the product 6 through its elastic deformation, which is caused by applying air blowing pressure for unloading the product from the core mold 3. The injection molding method concerned is realized with an injection mold 1, by which a perfect product form is obtained, a cooling mold 10, in which said product 6 unloaded from the outer injection mold as installed onto the core mold 3 is cooled down to the temperature below the thermosoftening temperature of resin, and an unloading means for releasing said product 6 from said core mold 3 by elastically deforming the product 6 by applying air blowing pressure from the inside of the product 6. |
