A material for improvement of soil conditions includes a mixture of about 85-92% by weight water, about 5-9% by weight molasses from raw sugar, about 2-4% by weight unrefined sugar, about 0.5-1.5% by weight malt, about 0.05-0.2% by weight yeast with the malt to yeast ratio being in the range of 8:1 to 12:1.
