PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition which shows a low coefficient of friction and is excellent in flaking resistance by mixing a urea grease with a molbdenum sulfide dialkyldithiocarbamate, molybdenum disulfide, a specified extreme-pressure additive, and a lubricant as essential constituents. CONSTITUTION:A urea grease consisting of a lubricating oil and a urea-based thickening agent is mixed with essential constituents comprising a molbdenum sulfide dialkyldithiocarbamate in an amount of 1-5wt.%, molybdenum disulfide in an amount of 0.2-1wt.%, the ratio of the dithiocarbamate to the disulfide being 1:(0.04 to 0.5), an extreme-pressure additive comprising a zine dithiophosphate compound of the formula (wherein R is alkyl or aryl) in an amount of 0.5-3wt.%, and a lubricant comprising at least one vegetable oil in an amount of 0.5-5wt.%. |
