<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance, to prevent the breaking of recording even by exposure at a comparatively high temperature and to facilitate recording and erasing by containing a matrix material composed of polyvinyl butyral and saturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof in a heat reversible recording layer ay a fixed ratio. CONSTITUTION:A heat reversible recording card 10 has a card substrate 11 having film thickness of 200mum and made of polyester, and a black foundation layer 12 having film thickness of 10mum id formed onto the surface of the card substrate 11. A heat reversible recording layer 13 having film thickness of 20mum is shaped onto the surface of the black foundation layer 12. Since a heat reversible recording material is diffucult to form a film when a matrix material and saturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof are contained in quantity larger than 1:1 at a weight ratio and heat reversibility is reduced when these material and substance are contained in quantity smaller than 1:1, it is proper that these material and substance are kept within a range of 1:1-20:1.</p> |
