PURPOSE:To unnecessitate the replacement of an external storing medium at the time of printing by referring to the typeface designated by an operator before it, selecting the candidate of the tipeface for printing with a system and displaying it and allowing the operator to select. CONSTITUTION:When the designation of a typeface is instructed, a printing face table 3a which stores in which floppy disk the pattern data of each typeface for printing are stored is referred to, the floppy disk to store the face designated up to it is judged, the tipeface in it is selected by referring to the printing tipeface table and the candidate of the determined face is displayed. |
