PURPOSE:To inspect the inner surfaces of plural bodies to be inspected simultaneously, amtomatically, at a high speed, with high accuracy, by examining plural bodies to be inspected whose inspected surface is divided into plural areas while rotating them in the rotary pitches corresponding to the divided number. CONSTITUTION:The laminate tube T to be a cylindrical body to be inspected taken in on a rotary inspection board 12 carries out a rotary movement interminttently while revolving in the rotating direction of the inspection board 12, stops temporarily at points P1 to P4, and during its stopping, respective inspectable areas F1 to F4 are inspected by a bore scope insertion, a luminous diode, and a photo-sensor of the tube inside insertion 40 of a tube inside inspection device 39 inserted to the tube T, and they are processed by a signal processing means furnishing input number more than the divided number of the areas F1 to F4. In such a way, by dividing the inspection areas F1 to D4, and by photographing and inspecting the areas close to the inner bottom surface of the tube T, the resolution can be improved, and a poor condition such as a minute mixture and a defect can be detected much better. |
