PURPOSE:To surely perform the picture processing by adjusting the signal level to a proper level even at the time when the signal level of the picture signal outputted from a camera is varied by the change of parts. CONSTITUTION:A picture processing device 15 processes picture signals from CCD cameras 8 and 11 to output a detection signal corresponding to the position of film carrier parts to a controller 16. The controller 16 drives a setting head 10 based on the picture signal from the picture processing device 15 to correct the position of film carrier parts. A power source 13 for illumination adjusts the quantity of light of an illumination 14 so that the signal level of picture signals from CCD cameras 8 and 11 is proper.
