<p>PURPOSE:To use even color characters in the later plate making process by generating tint data based on color character data separated and extracted from character data and outputting it to a layout scanner. CONSTITUTION:Character data is separated into India ink character data and color character data by a character data separating means 100. A tint data generating means 200 generates tint data, which is used to apply tint to the layout area of color character data, on the monitor screen based on separated color character data. This generated data is outputted as data for layout scanner to a layout scanner by a first output means 300. India ink character data and color character data are outputted as character plate making data to a computer KANJI (Chinese character) information processing system or the like by a second output means 400.</p> |
