PURPOSE: To make it possible to debug and evaluate a target built-in type computer system ECS by an independent individual computer system by making good use of hardware and software that can shadow the process of the target built-in type computer system ECS inside or outside a group of computers. CONSTITUTION: Data are sent from the target ECS 12 to an interface translator 20 through a unidirectional bus 18. The interface translator 20 is designed as to various targets ECSs 12 and converts a signal received from the target ECS 12 into a general signal to be sent to an input filter 22. The input filter 22 converts the received general signal to a form that a shadow system 28 can use and sends it to a data buffer 24 for temporary storage. The shadow system 28 is so designed as to process the data at a speed as fast as or faster than that of the target ECS 12. |
