PURPOSE:To obtain a three-axis type gradiometer of which the precision of coils can be increased and which is free from limitation of a base line, distortion of distribution of a detected magnetic field, etc. CONSTITUTION:This gradiometer has a structure wherein a flexible material 1 having resistance to low temperature is wound round in the shape of a cylinder and three coil couples 2, 3 and 4 made of superconductor thin films and wound to be parallel and the opposite direction to one another are formed on the surface of the material so that they intersect at prescribed angles to one another, and it can be manufactured by winding round the flexible material after coils are patterned by a technique of photolithography. |
