PURPOSE:To measure characteristics in advance even in a stage for making a prototype of an image forming device such as a copy machine and to simply and correctly measure characteristics of a photosensitive drum under various working conditions in measuring characteristics of the photosensitive drum. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive drum 1 is rotatably supported at a constant position by a main shaft 11 while a ring guide rail 2 is provided on an outer periphery of the photosensitive drum 1 with a constant distance. Various measuring elements such as a charger 41 are attached via a joint member 5 to the guide rail 2 so that they can be moved and fixed. Thus various working conditions can be supported wherein the respective measuring elements 4 are moved along the guide rail 2 and fixed at appropriate positions. |
