PURPOSE:To efficiently perform and simplify processing for securing the matching of data bases by easily transmitting a message representing update to all other computers. CONSTITUTION:Plural computers 11-14 transmit the message M according to circulation routine information 11a-11d, respectively, and the message M is circulated through the plural computers 11-14. The computer in which the update of the data base is generated puts the information representing the update of the data base on the circulation message M, and also, the computer receiving the circulation message H affects the data base update information of another computer included in the message M on the data base of its own device. Therefore, it is possible to easily inform the update content of the data bases of the computers 11-14 to another computer only by putting the data base update information representing the update content on the message M.
