PURPOSE:To contrive improvement both in assembling accuracy and magnetic characteristics by a method wherein a sheet block is formed using a sheet material formed by pressure-adhering an amorphous sheet material, the sheet block is cut into the prescribed length, and an annealing operation is conducted in a magnetic field under a low temperature condition. CONSTITUTION:A 10-layer sheet material 7 is formed by uniting roll type amorphous sheet materials 4 into upper-lower two sets in an uncoiler device 1. The sagging of the sheet material 7 is absorbed by a control lever, and it is fed to a cutting device 2. The 10-layer sheet material 7 is cut by the cutting device 2, and a cut-to-size block member 18 is formed. The block member 18 is conveyed to a rectangular molding device 3, it is finally molded in rectangular shape by a rectangular core metal 20 and becomes an amorphous molded core 30. The rectangular-formed molded core 13 is annealed in a magnetic field by an annealing device 25 in an annealing process, and the stabilization of its magnetic characteristics and the mechanical characteristics of material can be achieved. |
