PURPOSE: To provide an improved image duplication method useful particularly for a photosensitive element and color proof of a relief type. CONSTITUTION: The multilayered relief type photosensitive element composed of a peelable cover sheet transparent to active radiations, a photoadhesive layer composed of an addition polymerizable ethylene unsatd. monomer, an initiator which may be activated by the active radiations, an org. polymer binder and an esterified polyol plasticizer, a nonphotosensitive tonable org. adjacent layer and a removable base sheet is prepd. The element is subjected to exposure imagewise to the active radiations and the cover sheet is peeled from the photoadhesive layer, by which the toning material is imparted to the surface of the photoadhesive layer. The toned negative image of the decreased toning fine line defects is formed by removing the excessive toning material. |
