PURPOSE:To detect and act abnormality in a hot circuit without using an insulating element such as a photocoupler to be used for feeding back the hot circuit to a cool circuit in a high voltage protecting circuit for previously preventing the generation of a damages or the like in the circuits and apparatuses at the time of generating the abnormality in a high voltage generating circuit or the like in a CRT display device. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal driving circuit provided with a horizontal driving transformer T2 connecting one end of the primary side to the collector of a horizontal driving transistor(TR) TR1, receiving power supply to the other end of the primary side through a resistor and supplying a secondary side output to the base of a horizontal output TR TR2 is constituted of an SCR 3 connecting its anode to the other end of the primary side of the transformer T2 and grounding its cathode, and an overcurrent detecting circuit 2 receiving power supply from an input terminal 4, supplying power from an output terminal 5 to a flyback transformer and connecting an overcurrent detecting signal output terminal 6 to the gate of the SCR 3. |
