PURPOSE:To provide the method for forming color filters which are good in positional accuracy of respective picture elements of blue, green, red and black and is free from the generation of voids. CONSTITUTION:Photosensitive transfer sheets are stuck to each other by evading alignment marks in the method for forming the color filters by repeating stages for sticking the colored photosensitive resin layer of a photosensitive transfer sheet provided with the colored photosensitive resin layer on a tentative base and a transparent substrate formed with the alignment marks to each other while at least heating the sheet and the substrate, peeling away the tentative base and forming the colored photosensitive resin layer on the transparent substrate. |
