<p>PURPOSE:To collectively control the trouble of an automatic ticket examining collecting machine by a maintenance center and to decrease the burden of a maintenance man. CONSTITUTION:At respective stations, trouble passenger ticket reading devices 11a, 11b-11n are provided and at a maintenance center, a data collecting device 12 is provided respectively, and these are connected in on-line. The trouble passenger ticket reading devices 11a, 11b-11n read the magnetic information from the magnetic ticket which is out by an automatic ticket examining collecting machine, by a reading part 22, the cause of the trouble is analyzed from this, and thereafter, it is transmitted through a data transmitting receiving part 24 to the data collecting device 12. The data collecting device 12 stores the received trouble information into a storing part 33 classified by the machine number or classified by the trouble cause, and at the time of the necessity, these pieces of information are displayed by a displaying part 33.</p> |
