CONSTITUTION:A unit lead wire material B is supported by a holder 13 on a rotary table 11, the rotary table 11 is intermittently moved successively from the first station part 21 to the seventh station part 27, the prescribed lead wire is bent on the respective station part. A conductive tape is spot-welded to the remaining lead wire, the conductive insulating tape is wound, then the prescribed lead wire is returned to its original position and the insulating tape is wound on the entire lead wire. |
