PURPOSE:To save resources, by both preparing at each time of machining a tape electrode covering the molded surface of an electrode guide member and collecting a consumed tape to be regenerated. CONSTITUTION:A tape electrode 8 is closely attached to a molded surface, oppositely facing to a workpiece 3, of an electrode guide member 4, and as the tape electrode 8 consumes it is successively stripped from the member 4 by a pinch roller 16 and a capstan 18. The stripped tape electrode 8 is cut by cutters 25, 26 via guide rollers 23, 24 and collected in a tape electrode manufacturing device 34. The device 34, in which a tape fine piece is collecte, regenerates again the tape electrode 8 to be guided to the molded surface of the guide member 4 via a tape electrode forming roller 37. |
