PURPOSE:To carry out brazing joining between a carbon metal composite material and a metallic plate by blending the carbon metal composite material with >=a specific amount of metallic fibers in the vicinity of the joined face of the carbon metal composite material and joining the metal composite material to the metallic plate by brazing. CONSTITUTION:In joining a carbon metal composite material prepared by blending a raw material of carbon material with metallic fibers to a metallic plate by brazing, metallic fiber content in the vicinity of the joined face of the carbon metal composite material is made >=20 volume %. The reason why the metallic fiber content is >=20 volume % is that brazing properties improve with increase of content of metallic fiber, wear resistance and cable attacking properties are deteriorated with rise in content of metallic fiber so that content of metallic fiber is preferable as less as possible. In order to satisfy these contradictory properties, the content of metallic fiber is made >=20 volume % in the vicinity of the joined face, namely in thickness of about 1mm from the joined face and content of metallic fiber at parts except the vicinity is made low to attain the purpose. |
