PURPOSE:To treat water so that offensive smell and taste or a very small amount of org. matters do not remain in treated water by a method wherein a ceramic filter is immersed in the mixed liquid within an aeration tank and a suction pump is allowed to communicate with the ceramic filter on the suction side thereof and the air diffusing part of the air diffusion apparatus communicating with an ozone generator on the suction side of the filter is provided to the aeration tank. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic filter 16 is immersed and arranged in the mixed liquid B stored in an aeration tank 15 and a suction pump 17 is provided so as to communicate with the ceramic filter 16 on the suction side thereof and the diffuser 18 communicating with an ozone generator 20 on its suction side is provided in the aeration tank 15. Ozone gas is diffused in the mixed liquid B to decompose offensive smell, chromacity components and a very small amount of org. matters by oxidizing action. At the same time, the mixed liquid B is subjected to solid-liquid separation by the ceramic filter 16. Therefore, solid-liquid separation and ozone treatment are performed by one tank to simplify the equipment. |
