<p>PURPOSE:To provide the subject apparatus requiring small installation space and capable of treating a large amount of waste paper such as computer printout paper discharged from various offices to form regenerated pulp raw material in a short time. CONSTITUTION:The objective apparatus for the continuous and automatic treatment of raw material composed mainly of waste paper is composed of a rough crusher to crush the raw material, a cutter mixer to cut the mixture of the crushed waste paper, etc., and water at a high speed to form a slurry, a grinding machine to grind the slurry to form a pulp and a vibration sieve to remove water in a recyclable state from the pulp material to obtain a pulp raw material, wherein the above machines are mounted on a mobile vehicle. Regenerated pulp can be produced from waste paper, milk carton, leather scrap, etc., to enable the utilization of the above waste as a pulp resource.</p> |
