PURPOSE:To provide the subject remedy for enuresis containing DL- or L- threo-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)serine as the active component, free from a side effect and free from reduction of urination force. CONSTITUTION:DL- or L-threo-3-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)serine is used as the active component. The above-mentioned compound is, after administration, distributed to the periphery and the center, then gradually converted to natural-form 1- noradrenaline and shows a mild and excellent effect to enuresis. The dosage is within a range of 0.1-3g per day-adult in case of oral administration.
