The electrical switch includes two identical circuits. As a result of a control signal, one of the circuit may provide either a low impedance or a high impedance between its output terminals. These terminals are connected to the terminals of the second identical circuit having an opposite logic state. The TRIMOS circuit includes a PNP transitor connected to an terminals of the first identical circuits. A further PNP transistor (T3) is connected in parallel by the DMOS transistor (N) associated with a PMOS transistor (P). A capacitor (C) is connected between the gates and the drains of these transistors. The circuit may provide high or low impedance between selected terminals, in order to charge a capacitor positively or negatively for switching purposes.
