摘要 |
PURPOSE:To economically and efficiently remove ions by adsorbing the ion on an ion exchanger in an adsorbing reaction tank and subjecting an adsorbing slurry to solid-liquid separation by a separator on an adsorbing side and desorbing an adsorbing cake, a desorbing solution and the ion in a desorbing reaction tank to subject the desorbing solution to solid liquid separation by a separator on a desorbing side and supplying the desorbed cake to the adsorbing reaction tank. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbing cake 8 composed of an ion exchanger and an ion- containing aqueous solution are continuously supplied to an adsorbing reaction tank 1 held to a stirring state and the ion exchanger generates ion reaction to adsorb ions. An adsorbing slurry 5 is continuously supplied to a separator 3 on an adsorbing side by a pump to be subjected to solid-liquid separation. An adsorbing filtrate 9 is descharged out of the system and the adsorbing cake 7 composed of the ion exchanger having adsorbed the ions is continuously supplied to a desorbing reaction tank 2 held to a stirring state along with a desorbing solution 2 consisting of a component desorbing the ion and pure water. A desorbing slurry 6 desorbing the ions is supplied to a separator 4 on a desorbing side and an ion-containing desorbed filtrate 10 is discharged out of the system and the desorbed cake 8 mainly composed of the ion exchanger is supplied to the adsorbing reaction tank 1. |
