The device makes it possible to position and to anchor easily secure fastening points for immobilising any loads on a suitable structure. A rail (11) of special shape receives the anchoring points, according to the appended figure, which can be fixed at any point whatsoever on the rail. Eccentric cams (6) which can easily be operated by means of levers (7) make it possible to immobilise an anchoring point, by pinching the rail (11) between the head of the screw (2) and the base (1) of the anchoring point. Suitable machinings prevent the anchoring point from slipping on the rail, even under the effect of significant urging. The device is intended, in particular, for immobilising loads transported on platforms of lorries or trucks (wagons). <IMAGE>
