<p>PURPOSE:To establish a callus-inducing technique for tansy to be used as a sample for establishing a liquid mass culture technique for tansy and to establish a process for collecting the protoplast of tansy in active state while preventing the extermination of tansy cell. CONSTITUTION:Callus of tansy is induced by culturing an explant of tansy in a plant cultivation medium incorporated at least with auxin as a plant growth hormone. Protoplast of tansy is separated by placing a tansy callus in an enzymatic liquid containing a cellular preparation, pectin lyase and a polygalacturonase preparation in stationary state.</p> |
