<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of phase difference at the time of switching a reference signal to prevent the delay of the start of reproduction or the occurrence of the irregularity of a picture by synchronizing an external phase reference signal and an internal phase reference signal with each other. CONSTITUTION:An external phase reference signal generator 1 outputs the external phase reference signal C based on the external synchronizing signal A, and at a stop mode in which the reproduction is not performed, the drum motor of a rotary drum 5 is controlled by the signal C. Simultaneously with this, being feedback-controlled through a phase difference detection circuit 7, an internal phase reference signal generator 3 generates the internal phase reference signal F synchronizing with the signal C. Accordingly, at the time when a mode is turned into a play live mode, etc., and the signal C is switched to the signal D through a switch 2 as well, the drum 5 is controlled freely of the phase difference, and the delay of the start of the reproduction or the occurrence of the irregularity of the reproduced picture can be prevented.</p> |
