<p>PURPOSE:To quickly correct meandering and to prevent the amplification of the meandering by inputting in a central control device a control information from each control device of a plural meandering control devices and various information from other than control devices and controlling each meandering control device in coordination. CONSTITUTION:In the central control device 10, the control information concerning processing material 6 from each control device 5, 5A and the information 12 from other than these control devices 5, 5A such as line velocity, strip information, target values of each control device 5, 5A, and the peculiarities of each section. Then, after the completion of the correction by each meandering correcting device 2, 2A, the control information 5b, 5bA are received by the central control device 10, a meandering quantity is calculated, an instruction is given to the control devices 5, 5a by the central control device 10 so that the position of the processing material 6 may be made optimum by means of a general arithmetic operation together with the various information 12, and meandering correction rolls 2b, 2bA are moved to the direction B and C to control the meandering.</p> |
