PURPOSE:To offer the method for forming practically an Al alloy plate of a complicated shape, whose working degree is especially strict. CONSTITUTION:This method constitutes a characteristic feature of coating an Al-Mg compound alloy plate containing >=2.5wt.% Mg with liquid lubricating oil which becomes like wax at a very low temperature and immersing it into liquid nitrogen, taking it out, and thereafter, a executing press forming desirably within 15-45 seconds after taking it out in a very low temperature area. |
