PURPOSE:To stably produce high-quality crimped woven fabric having uniform properties and soft drape properties. CONSTITUTION:Polyester multifilament yarn having >=40 single yarns, 0.5-1.5d single yarn denier, 23-35% elongation, 6-9% boiling water shrinkage, 5-80 coefficient of interlacement and 0.32+5/d<maximum dry heat shrinkage stress<0.32+20/D (g/d) is hard twisted at 2,400-3,800 T/M, twisting is stopped at a temperature to satisfy 70< twisting stop temperature <100 deg.C and weaving is carried out by S.Z alternate beating of one or two yarns satisfying 780/D<0.5>-30< weaving density <780/D<0.5>+30 (yarns/inch) as weft of weaving. The woven fabric is immersed in hot water at 10 deg.C or more higher than twisting stop temperature, crimped and then processed in weight loss by 10-40%. |
