A method and a device for applying insulating material in spaces (5) in construction parts (4) relies on bringing the insulating material into position in the space through a conduit (2). The construction part (4) is designed so that it on one side has the space (5) open to the surroundings. A mold arrangement (9) arranged to substantially close the open side of the space is applied on this side. The insulating material is introduced into the space delimited by the construction part (4) and the mold arrangement (9) through the conduit (2). The mold arrangement (9) is after that removed and a desired coating is applied over the space (5) now filled by the insulating material.
