<p>PURPOSE:To prevent engine stop when a vehicle is stopped in the condition of transmitting relative small torque due to negatively generated friction force with the lock up clutch of a fluid transmission. CONSTITUTION:Rotating speed of a pump impeller and a turbine runner are detected, and when ratio of the rotating speed of them is smaller than a prescribed value and engine speed is smaller than a prescribed value, idling speed of the engine is increased.</p> |
