PURPOSE:To solve a problem where a time is required for a process cycle and a defective product is generated since a time where injection is suspended is generated by all means in a conventional device since it is necessary to perform prepinching at an upper position of a mold or a lower position of the mold though parison is injected to the position of the mold at a high speed in a blow molding machine. CONSTITUTION:When the tip part of parison 3 is detected by photodetecting elements 11a, 11b, 12a, 12b, a cylinder 10 is acted and pinching blades 5, 6 are lowered by aligning themselves with an injection speed of the parison 3. After the lapse of a fixed time, the pinching blades 5, 6 are rised and returned to an original position. With this construction, simultaneously with injection, prepinching action can be performed and a cycle time can be shortened drastically without suspending the injection of the parison. Since the parison is not suspended before and after the injection, it does not happen that a property change is generated in the parison. |
