PURPOSE:To improve adhesion without lowering heat resistance and moldability, by blending a specified modified polyethylene with an unmodified polyethylene and hydrocarbon rubber. CONSTITUTION:The following components A to C are blended. [A]: a modified polyethylene obtd. by reacting a high-density polyethylene (A1) having a degree of branching of 5 or below per 1,000 carbon atoms of its main chain with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative (A2) and an org. peroxide (A3). [B]: an unmodified polyethylene. [C]: hydrocarbon rubber. The blending ratio is such that the component A is 1-70wt% per 100wt% in total of the components A and B, the component B is 99-30wt% per 100wt% in total of the components A and B and the component C is 0.1-5pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. in total of the components A and B. An ethylene/propylene rubber is particularly preferred as the component C. Conventional polyethylene can be used as the component B. |
