PURPOSE:To obtain the heat fixable toner which is fixed at a low temp. and has excellent offset resistance in a wide temp. range by incorporating specific graft-denatured polyalkylene and polyalkylene into a release agent. CONSTITUTION:The release agent of the heat fixable toner contg. at least a binder resin and the release agent contains the graft-denatured polyalkylene having <=3,000 number average mol.wt., <=12,000 weight average mol.wt., <=4.0 weight average mol.wt./number average mol.wt., and 60 to 150 deg.C m. p., and the polyalkylene having <=40cal/g melting heat quantity. Then, the excellent offset resistance and fixability are obtd. and the unequal presence and liberation of the release agent component into the toner are lessened. The generation of fusion filming, etc., to photosensitive members, developing members, etc., is obviated and the stable image densities are maintained. Bright images free from fogging are thus obtd. |
